The nationwide financial shutdown sparked by COVID-19 threatens hundreds of thousands of livelihoods in Bangladesh, leaving many jobless and hungry. The rickshaw pullers of Dhaka, most of whom are the one incomes members of their households, are among the hardest-hit.
